Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days for store credit only. Items MUST be in the condition it was sent; unworn, tags still attached, and in original packaging. If product(s) are damaged upon arrival, return can be sent back within 14 days for replacement. Buyer must send picture of the damaged product to Boutique FB page/owner when they received the product. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and must be sent to the return address on package. Store credit will be issued once return has been received. If you used free shipping, it will be deducted from your store credit. 

Sale items are final sale. Pre-order items are final sale. Gift cards, shoes, jewelry, and accessories are final sale. 

No orders will be cancelled.
